Red Deer Village managed to raise £55.24 for Alzheimer Scotland! So, Marilyn, one of the charity’s representatives, came out to collect the donations on Tuesday 19 June. We raise money for various charities through our donations box. This sits next to our coffee machine in our residents hub for residents, staff and guests’ use. They can donate when enjoying a hot or cold beverage or exchanging a book. Marilyn had many ideas on how we could get involved with the charity, which we listed in our June newsletter!

Alzheimer Scotland provides a range of specialist services for people who suffer with dementia and their carers. They offer personalised support services, community activities, information and advice.
