Donations raised for our last 2 Charities of the Month!
A massive thank you to all of our residents, guests and staff who managed to raise money for our October and November charities.
In mid-September, Red Deer Village residents decided they wanted a charity box to sit at the coffee bar, for anyone making a coffee or taking a cold beverage to make a donation to the Charity of the Month. This idea has been very successful as money has been raised for both of the charities so far.
£54.03 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Trust, the chosen charity from mid-September until the end of October, which will further add to the £652.83 already raised in September from our Macmillan Coffee Morning.
A lovely £73.25 was also raised for BBC Children in Need, our Charity of the Month for November.
A big thank you to anyone who donated to our charities over the last few months, and we look forward to seeing how much we continue to raise!
Our Charities of the Month for December are Alzheimer Scotland and Butterfly Trust, who offers Cystic Fibrosis support for people in Scotland.
