We’ve been very busy here at Red Deer Village, over the last couple of months! There are brand new park homes for sale, new monthly events in our residents hub, and our courtesy minibus has been on several day trips. Take a look below at what everyone has been up to!
Hub Events – Afternoon Tea
Our residents have decided to hold an afternoon tea on the last Monday of every month until September. There are scones, jam, clotted cream and butter available, as well as our coffee machine and tea. Some of our residents have even decided to home bake! This is an effort to raise funds for our charity of the month. Our last two afternoon teas have raised a combined total of £65.20 for Butterfly Trust! The afternoon tea is hosted in our state of the art community hub, which our residents use to meet up and enjoy a hot or cold drink and a chat. The hub has also played host to many events, including a Macmillan Coffee Afternoon and Christmas Lights Switch-on. We look forward to the July Afternoon Tea!
Charity of the Month
We managed to raise £119.98 for our last charity of the month, Help for Heroes. Yvonne Beattie, a representative from the charity, came out to collect the donations on Tuesday, 9 July. She was delighted with everyone’s support! Please continue to help us support our next charity of the month, Butterfly Trust, which aids people with cystic fibrosis.
Bus Trips
At the end of every month, our bus driver, Alistair, takes residents on an outing on our courtesy minibus to a destination of their choice. In May, our residents travelled to St. Andrews, where many enjoyed sitting in coffee shops and eating scones! Then, on 28 June, they enjoyed the day in Troon. This month, Alistair will be taking residents to Dunfermline. Please let us know if you would a seat on the bus! Plus, our courtesy minibus will take residents to Edinburgh during the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo!

We’ve compiled a list of local businesses which is displayed in our residents hub. From butchers to beauticians to hypnotherapists, we have information to contact them all! There are also details of local farmers markets on display. Please pop into our hub to find out more.
New Homes
The brand new Stately – Albion Chatsworth Gold is now available for viewing! A beautiful large and spacious home, the Chatsworth features 2 bedrooms, open plan space and fully integrated appliances! The Chatsworth is pictured below.
The Stately – Albion Wentwood has made its debut to the park, and will be available to view shortly!
