New Activities in the Residents’ Hub

Activities in Residents' Hub

Our residents’ hub is hosting a range of events for our village people to enjoy!

Residents’ Hub

Red Deer Village, exclusive over 50s community, officially opened its state of the art residents’ hub in September 2017. The hub was designed by Pathfinder for residents as a place to meet up, and enjoy activities and events going on in the park. Residents of the retirement and semi-retirement village can use the hub to socialise, read newspapers or enjoy a beverage. Red Deer Village currently has around 80 residents over 50 residential park homes, with a range of more park homes available!

Residents’ Hub Events

Many of our residents enjoyed the hub’s debut. A hog roast was available on the patio area, and great weather complimented the day. Rufus Bellamy, son of renowned TV botanist David, performed the opening ceremony. He was joined by MP, Hugh Gaffney, and MSP, Fulton MacGregor. Since the hub’s opening, it has hosted many events. These include a Macmillan Coffee Morning and a Christmas Lights Switch-on, both raising fantastic amounts for charity.
